Indiana AAP is governed by an Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Executive Committee consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Past President, and Executive Director. The Executive Committee is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization.

The Board of Directors is made up of the Executive Committee, committee chairs, members at large, and up to two Regional Representatives from the three regions of state; North, Central, and South.
